Bootblack Brand was born while sitting on a barstool with friends frustrated by the lack in quality of the cocktails being served. Built on the premise we do not eat or drink anything inferior I started experimenting with classic flavor profiles with a twist using natural ingredients including fresh produce and botanicals.

Paul Kubiski is the Founder of Bootblack Brand, a premium cocktail mixer company built on the belief that great drinks should be both elevated and effortless. With more than 35 years of experience in package and print design, Paul brings a rare blend of creative discipline and brand intuition to the spirits-adjacent space.
Prior to launching Bootblack, Paul owned and operated two successful design studios, partnering with brands across food, beverage, and consumer goods. He founded Bootblack Brand with a clear philosophy: quality ingredients, balanced flavor, and a modern-classic aesthetic that feels right at home on the bar cart or behind the bar.
