REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Order damaged in shipment?

In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please send photos of broken or damaged items and their packaging to admin@bootblackbrand.com This allows us opportunity to collect from our shippers.
